Since the Miami Dolphins won back-to-back Super Bowls and Led Zepplin was the greatest rock band on the planet, York has been winding motors.  Winding an electric motor takes great craftmanship and knowledge.  At York, we have the people that have both.  Our winding department is housed inside our great facility.  We make our own coils using the finest, nano-coated, copper wire available.

Once the stator is re-wound, we dip it in our state-of-the-art resin tank, which can handle up to 8,000hp motors.  We are committed to doing the best work in the industry.  From fractional motors to 6,000 horsepower, and any frame or rpm, we can wind it.
