How We Run-Test a Drive

How we Run-Test a Servo Drive after it's Repaired or Remanufactured.  Once we complete a servo drive or other electronics repair, we connect it to the applicable full-loop system and run it to simulate a machine environment.   If, after running for 2 hours and no faults found, it is cleared to ship back to the customer.  If it does not, then further troubleshooting is necessary to repair problematic spots on the unit.  This helps us acheive our goal of complete customer satisfaction.
